The following are some of the steps we have taken to assure privacy:
Each organization is given a separate database account having its own private database storage area accessible only to users in that organization. In addition, each organization is given its own private file storage area where its files are stored.
Each user has a separate password protected account with the user’s own login that connects to his organization’s private data area.
Secure Certificate Interface (SSL) to protect interactive data exchange when working on the website including files that are uploaded and downloaded for a requested service.
Files uploaded for use with the Source Code Utilities are completely processed in memory and never touch the disk. No trace of the file contents exist anywhere on our server.
You may choose to supply your data files for analysis on a hard drive, CD or DVD ROM. This media will be returned to you upon project completion.
